    10 Minute Solution - Kickbox Bootcamp. It's very much a beginner workout and she does a great job of breaking up the moves.

    I love Violet Zaki's Weight Loss Cardio Kick - I use it off of On-Demand, but will be buying her DVD soon since I want some variety. But she is good a breaking down the moves, but keeping you moving. She has other DVD on kickboxing I want to look into...
