I'm 5'2" and my goal is 130 right now but I can't seem to get out of the 140s! Grr. I am going to start toning, upping exercising and maybe upping calories since I was at about 1200 for almost a year and a half and I hit a plateau.

I'm 5'1" and have my goal set for 125. When I get there i'll re-evaluate to determine if that's right for me.

I'm 5'1'', I'd like to be down between the range of 115-125. I've gotten down to 129! Dammit, I need to get back there :( I'm at 140lbs now, started at 180lbs.

I am 5'1" started my journey at 174.

First goal weight 145 (met in 2010)

Second goal weight 135 (met in 2011)

My ultimate goal is 115 OR 120-125 WITH a decreased body fat percentage.

I have been stuck between 135 and 140 forever...

Then, I tried something new and this week the scale said 134! SO I'M SUPER MOTIVATED NOW! :)

    Started 197
now 160 - Out of Morbidly obese
next goal 150 - out of obese
130 would make me very happy as an end point though I would probably be ok with 140.

I'm 5'2" and am WAY too heavy right now. Short term, I'd be happy with 145, long term, I'm totally fine with 130-135.

I'm 5'2" and my goal is 120, I figured if I hit 125-130, and look good and toned I will be happy, I do not want to be overly skinny, but healthy.
