I am sitting in the same boat. I have lost over 20 pounds with just a change in diet. I just recently started working out 25 minutes of cardio in the morning, and 30 minutes of cardio in the afternoon with some weight training, then 20 minutes of yoga before bed to stretch the muscles. That belly keeps to stay there. I want to know this too!
