I am 35 year old and had been struggling with this weight loss battle for quite some time. I know I am not alone in this journey and would love to make friends. Please feel free to add me and maybe we can help each other along the way.

I a a 67 year old man who used t be really into fitness. My wife had some health issues and I let myself go. She is doing much better now and I am trying to get back into fitness. At 6'4", I got up to 261 lbs. That is too much for me to carry around. I hope to be down to 220 lbs my Christmas. It is going to be a job.0

I take it one day at a time, one pound at a time. Just start small and make it a habit or pattern. I am here for you if you need me. :-)0
