Was just wondering if you all could give me healthy, good sugar substitute. I never really believed in them before, but then again I rarely add sugar to anything...however, the Chai Tea I drank last night made realize how a couple of teaspoons can trample all over my my goals. Suggestions are appreciated!

If like you say you hardly ever add sugar to anything, I wouldn't worry about it. Added sugar isn't evil when it represents a very small % of your diet.0
