Lunch Box Ideas
Hi All,
Does anyone have any low fat/healthy ideas for my lunch box?
I don't have any facilities to cook any food at work so I tend to cook wholemeal rice at home and put it in a tupperware box, add sweet corn, tomatoes or anything I have in the fridge at the time. This is getting a little boring and I'm worried I might start to grab a sandwich or crisps instead.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
Thank you :-)

I have been packing salads or a wrap. Grilled chicken in either one is awesome! And lots of veggies to make me feel more full throughout the day at work.0

I love hummus...especially the garlic one. I put grill chicken in pita bread, add low-fat feta cheese, salsa (homemade), bean sprouts and carrots to this. It's heaven!0

I keep a running lunch item list on a private board I am on-happy to share it here. Also, we use Thermoses to keep food warm when there is no place to heat up, so perhaps investing in one for soups and pastas would be benficial.

That is a great list. Thank you for sharing.
I shall be adding those to my shopping list, oh and the thermos too.
