Hi,

I have been using the new app on my phone for the past few weeks. My main goals are to build up muscle and eat more healthily in the coming months.

Just wanted to know if anyone else in the UK has joined?

Also If anyone has any advice to offer please get in touch.

    I'm from the UK - East Midlands. Just started using the website and phone app last week - it's very helpful and it keeps you in check!
