    Good luck to you all I have been on a while but kinda got off track.... This is a great site easy to use and easy to pick back up when you go off course. Say Hi sometime if you need encouragement. It works

    hi guys, just started a week ago, just to encourage you - this is the easiest 'diet' i'v ever done, i put diet in brackets because in my head im not on a diet, if i fancy something i eat it, just in moderation. if anyone fancy's adding me as a friend to share our new journey please feel free :happy:
