Hi! I’m a 46-yr old female looking for a fun sensible approach to weight loss.

I have tried every diet and taken every pill imaginable. The end result is 72lbs of unwanted extra weight.

After my first day tracking diet and exercise I decided I was "ALL IN." I am excited to meet new people and get started on some fitness challenges and goal setting.
