OK...I have been doing plasma donations for about 3 months now, and I've been taking iron supplements to keep my hematocrit levels high enough to donate with no problem.
Now i've been doing harder exercise for the past month and have been having issues keeping my levels high enough to donate. Is there a link between the two? Or should I just be taking a higher supplement or adding a b12? I do take a regular multivitamin and don't really want to OD on anything.

See my latest response in your newsfeed. I wouldn't be taking anything, frankly, without having the proper blood draw at your docs office. The donor clinic only uses a quick test.0
