Wear lipstick

Just a couple tips that my sister and I thought of to discourage snacking - brush your teeth EVERY time you eat ANYTHING and always wear lipstick! I need anything I can find to help me, so I may be stocking up the next time CVS has BOGO free toothpaste and lipstick! :happy:

    Well seeing that you are hardcore, you probably need a hardcore color...maybe a deep purple.:laugh:


    Thanks for the idea fitnessluvr! I actually wear alot of flavored lip balms like Dr. Pepper or chocolate. Not sure if this keeps me from wanting the real thing or maybe causes me to chew on my lips a bit more!
