Want friends that eat their calories!

I'm new here, and new to any 'serious" attempts at changing my eating habits. I eat most of my calories, except for the few days I get busy and forget to stop and eat. And I eat a bit more when I burn some off. I like to eat, but I'm loving how much I can eat by changing what I do eat. I'm looking to lose slowly, but permanently. I've made some cuts in the interests of removing allergens, which makes it more difficult, but not only have I lost 7 pounds in the last month, but I feel and look (I think) fantastic.
So add me if you'd like. I'd love a friend on here other than my bf who's losing faster than me :P0 -
