Sports, and calories burned

Hi I am new here, anyway I am trying to loose weight, I eat about 1500 calories a day. On sundays I play Tackle football at the park I play for about 2 hours and was wondering how much calories you guys think that burns off. The excercise Calculator gives me about 1000. I still work out at the gym those days so I want to know how much I should Up my calories that Day. I wouldn't want to have a defecit of 1500 would I?

    No idea, depends on your weight, height and all that. Without a HRM the best you can do is enter it here under whatever is in the MFP database that best matches the football game & whatever workout you did at the gym.
