I like Unjury the best. 100 calories, and 20 grams of protein in one scoop, it is a little pricey though. for me anyway.

I use Jay Robins Whey Protein. For1 scoop, it has 110 calories (26g protein, 0g carbohydrate and 0g fat). I purchased in Whole Food Market. Hope this helps.

I like Nectaur. Comes in the usual choc, strawberry and vanilla but also ice tea, and fruit flavors. Tastes, high protein, low sugar.

i really like Muscle Milk Vanilla... 130 calories and 27g protein in one rounded scoop.. it isn't chalky and blends well in a smoothie or with milk.
  • Optimum Gold Standard for me too. Easy to find, relatively affordable, mixes well, tastes good.

    AIM ProPeas.

1 Scoop = 80 calories and 12g of slow-digesting protien. It takes about 4 hours for vegetable protien to break down.
