I have stayed the same weight for three weeks even though im sticking to calorie intake and excersising three times a week :0/

You need to give us more info, stats and possibly opening up your food diary.
There are so many possibilities even with the info, let alone without it.0 -
We'd need to see your diary and know what kinds of exercise you are doing.0

I don't know your stats and such but it sounds like you've hit your plateau. Try adding an extra day to ur exercise regimen or working out more vigorously. I also heard allowing yourself more caloriez one day will help break it. I'm sure you could google tips on breaking weight loss plateaus for more help. I hope it breaks soon! I know how frustrating it can be. Good luck!0

I agree....more info is needed. You might consider looking at carb, sugar and fat intake as well.....they play big roles as well.....when you are working out it is a good idea to minimize carbs, sugars and fats and increase protien in addition to counting calories.0

Try increasing the amount you are working out or add an extra day of intense cardio. It's frustrating, but hang in there, that scale will start moving again.0

I though my diary was open :0/ I don't log the exercise as I don't want to eat the extra calories :0( I've lost a pound this week whooo hoo lol thanks for your support :0)0

The fact that you're not eating back exercise calories is probably most of your problem.0
