Loving this site

I am looking to reach a goal of 115-120 I find this site so easy to keep track of my calories and what I have left to eat for dinner so i do not blow my diet! I wish everyone great success. Me and my friend just started this week..

    I agree with you about "loving this site"! I am new to MFP and I'm having fun logging in my calories and exercise. I think I've become slightly addicted to it. But it has been so helpful in keeping me on track. My eating habits have changed dramatically and I'm learning how to make better food choices. My goal weight is similar to yours. I know it's going to take a long time for me to get there, but I'll do it and in a healthy way. A lot of people tell me a loss of 1-2 lbs. weekly is a good number. So that's what I'm aiming for.
