I thought this was female only, but apparently guys use it too :P

So, how much space is needed to fully use this Dvd? My room is quite small. :(

P.S - What do you put it in as in the Exercise Diary?

I've only done level 1 and 2 so far but you don't need that much space. Maybe 2x2 meters (6x6 ft). Basically you need to be able to stretch out your arms to the sides and front, take a step back, forward, and to the sides, and be able to do push-ups and plank exercises. I don't know if level 3 requires more space.

I use my HRM to measure how many calories I've burned and then manually enter it as a new exercise.
  • Log it as "Circuit training - General" (if your not using a Heart Rate Monitor.

As was said you don't need much room, just enough to do jumping jacks and pushups.

As for logging it, "circuit training, general"

It's logged as circuit training. Is say if you have space to starfish in your room then you're set. Our room is quite small so me and my partner do it separately and have to move furniture to do it  its worth doing tho!

You don't need much space at all. I can't stand being around anyone at all when I work out so if my roommate is home, I go in my bedroom and close my door, and I only have about 6' x 4' floor space in there.

Like @JeSuisPrest said, if you have space for jumping jacks and push-ups, you'll be fine.

if you have room to do a push up then you have room enough. all you need are some hand weights and a mat if the floor is hard. the first few days your muscles will hurt, just power through it once you get warmed up the pain eases off.
