Hi!
I know bodies all do something different but since mid Dec. I have been able to maintain roughly 2-3 lbs/week lose. I didn't lose anything this week and weighed myself yesterday....175. Today jumped on and 170.6! The funny thing is that the scale has not changed an oz. on me for a month, so if I weigh in at 178....it stays that way and doesn't fluctuate AT ALL until it goes down a lb or 2 again.
Obviously I am happy but has this happened to you when you really started taking the weight off? Have you had a large difference son the scale at some point? I do Nottingham expect this to continue at all. Just wanted to hear your thoughts.

Hi,
I've been doing this for about 30 days now and in the first 10 days I lost 10lb but nothing since despite exercising and eating under my allocated calories (always over the 1200 caleries though). i'm getting really frustrated as although i didn't expect to loose that much so fast, I thought i'd at least lose a couple of pounds since.
I haven't changed the way i'm eating since when i started and I'm not really do more exercise - the whole muscle weighs more than fat scenario.
Whats more enoying is when you complete your diary for the day and it says in 5 weeks you'll weigh *** - in my case i should have lost another 10lb.
really don't get it0
