We should ask MFP for a "Like"-type button... very well done, that man, and good luck getting into the 300's and beyond.0 -

My highest weight was 282. That's when it hit me that I was close to weighing 300 lbs! I rejoined Weight Watchers...for about the third time in my life...and lost 40 lbs. After a few years I became dissatisfied with how commercialized WW had become and I quit...regained 20 lbs...and decided to try TOPS with my Mom. I lost 22 lbs with the help of TOPS and MFP. Life broke a few spokes out of my wheels and I managed to gain back some of that. But...I'm back in the game and happy to say I am currently into my 5th week of a personal 10 week challenge to show a loss, no matter how big or small, every week....knock on wood! I am also slowly putting exercise back into my daily life and making it something I look forward to and can keep up. After that I'm going to continue with another 10 week personal challenge. I'm taking it slow...baby steps...hoping that this time I will actually learn how to keep it off and it will become my new lifestyle! It's not just about changing my body...it's about changing a 59 year lifetime of not-so-healthy habits into new, healthier, able to live with, habits....and that will take some time. Good luck to everyone with their personal challenges! We can do this!0

I'm 5'5", and my heaviest was 270 lbs in 2008. Currently sitting at 180 right now. I should have hit my goal, 160, two months ago, but I've been slacking. :P I'm on it again, though!0

In 1999 I was almost 350 lbs. I was so fat, I lost 80 lbs and NO ONE noticed. I got down to 180 by 2003. Then I got pregnant and gained 100 lbs, then pregnant again and I was up to 320 around Dec 2010. I am at 280 and was doing fairly well till I started self sabotoging this week. UGH! Back on track to find 250 hopefully soon.0

272 and I can't wait to get this crap off. After a major death in my family and everything else, I began Jan 3rd and I'm down about 15lbs.0

198lbs. I saw that my senior year of highschool (2005).
Now I'm hovering right under 150, and hope to lose another 10 or so pounds. I got down to 142 a couple years ago, and I felt awesome then.0
