Well my heaviest was 265 and I am only 5'1.. so I was as round as I was tall... and stupid me I went back to 230 and am now down to 181....and want to be 150 at some point in the future0

232 was my heaviest at 5'5....now I'm right around 145. Still have a little more to go...but I know that I will NEVER EVER go back there again!

I was 5'10" and 380lbs while I was pregnant with my twins. Because of the weight I actually lost two inches. I am now 5'8" and 314 lbs. I have been stuck there for 14 years trying every diet under the sun.0

When I started I was 194 or so. A bit more than I was my biggest pregnancy. The numbers just kept creeping up and I am putting a stop to it, getting back down to at least 155 and staying healthy this time!

GOOD FOR YOU!! We all have to start somewhere..and it's really great to set small goals like that for yourself. Each time you hit a goal, you set a new one!! Makes for victories all along the way...and that's HUGE motivation!!0 -
All of these "130s" and "150s" and even "170s" are just depressing. I'd give anything to weigh any of those now.

252 lbs back in 2004. 5'8". Lost 100 lbs, and regained 70. Lost those 70 lbs and have maintained that weight since March 2009.0

6'5" 320 lbs HR 85 BP 140/89 2 weeks ago. Now 6'5" 304.4 lbs HR Mid 70's BP 137/87. Last night I walked 4.75 miles in one hour whereas it used to take me that long just to walk to the refrigerator and back to the lazyboy.0

252lb got down to 178lb the gave up smoking and went up to 208lb now 191lb so only 6/7 to go and I hit target0

5'4, 44 years old, before re-starting MFP November 2011 - 160 pounds! This is the exact weight when I was 8.5 months pregnant with my daughter 18+ years ago. During those 18 years I slowly crept up in weight, although for most of it I weighed about 130 pounds. I gained most of the 30 pounds in the last two years... :grumble: I let life's bumps move me off the track, but i am now fighting back! :happy:0

I think I topped out at 290 when my wife was pregnant with our daughter. We ate a TON of Ben and Jerry's during that time. In December I was weighing in around 280 and that is when I started getting somewhat serious. Since I started MFP I have gotten down to 262 as of this morning. I really want to see the 250's sometime soon. After that, my goal is 200.0

I've been up to 210 on my own, lost some, then hit 230 when pregnant (if you count that). I used to live in sweatpants because I couldn't put jeans on at all. Down to 160 and hopefully still going (joined here when I was at 179.8)0

Please don't be depressed! We all get where we are by sheer neglect! I am proud of you ~ YOU are a fighter!All of these "130s" and "150s" and even "170s" are just depressing. I'd give anything to weigh any of those now.0

163 lbs right now! But that is too much for my 5 3' frame! My goal weight in the end is 135. I'm feeling positive about it, so far so good!0

When I was pregnant, I weighed 278 the last time I looked at the scale which was 2 months before my daughter was born and I know I gained probably 10+lb more the last 2 months. I had gained over 100lb in pregnancy, that was pretty discouraging but today I weighed in at 203.4.
I've lost 110lb before, I'll do it again and then some.0 -
I joined MFP the day I got on the scale and I had hit 180. At 5'4.5", that is considered obese. I had gained 20 pounds over the preceding 6 months after I quit smoking. I still have a long way to go.0

when I was 17 I miscarried and became very depressed and no one understood why because no one knew and I gain so much wiehgt I was 310, I lost all of the wieght and then later in life got into a relationship and it ended almost 2 years ago and while in that relaionship I gained some of the weight back and was 250, now Im working on losing it again I was down to 190 and then went to court for custody of my little girl and Im back to 210 but again working on losing the weight and would like to get down to 150. I have a ways to go yet but once I get there I will never be where I am now again. I know what causes the again and Im goign to stay on top of my weight.0

I was at 210 this time last year. I'm currently at a plateau of 188 but WAS down to 178 before the holidays happened. Now I'm back on my detoxifying products, working on a better diet, and am headed BACK toward my goal of 155 (I'm 5.6).0

I am 5' 3" and the most I have weighed is 205 lbs. I was able to lose 61 pounds and keep it off by making some lifestyle changes. I vowed that I would never be 205 lbs again, however I gained back most of the weight (56 lbs) after having surgery a year ago. Today, I weigh 188 and am on my way to achieving my goal weight of 125.0
