Where can I find modified exercises/stretches?

I have a lot of weight to lose, and I also have a lot of physical issues. Is there a website which shows different stretches and simple exercises that I can use to at least start to do things? I have a ball and I have been doing some basic stretches, etc. and I think they are doing some good things with my flexibility and some pain (at least starting to) but I would love to see some variety, esp with proper form, etc. TIA!

    If you are experiencing chronic pain, have you seen a doctor? What about physical therapy? A therapist can prescribe stretches and exercises that are APPROPRIATE to your condition. Otherwise you could end up in worse shape.

    Oh, yeah. BTDT with the docs. I just went to a specialist a couple of weeks ago who basically told me that the bones in my feet are so jacked up that they are "deformed" and no amount of therapy, drugs, or even surgery could fix them. Surgery could potentially reduce some of the pain, but he stressed that the surgery is a "really big deal" with unsure results, and the recovery at my weight would be extremely difficult on me and my family for many weeks afterward.

    I have also done all kinds of therapies, etc. for my fibromyalgia stuff. Basically, I have been told that I really need to stretch on a regular basis, and do mild strength exercises to build up muscle strength slowly, but there's no restriction as to type, or specific thing I should or shouldn't be doing, because the pain is not always in the same place, etc. I just need to kind of do what I can for that day, considering where I am at ON that day, if that makes sense. That's why I am looking for some various things laid out that I can work into what I CAN do.

    Pick a body part to work out, search the type of exercises you are interested in, and watch the examples of how to do it.

    Thanks, there is some good stuff on there, to get me started.

    Any additional suggestions are certainly welcome, if someone knows of other sites.
