I hit 215. It took over a year to get to 203 trying on my own, with no support except trying to walk and do a few circuits. Then I met MFP at 203. It took me 18 months to get to 140. Today I am 136! The support here is what worked for me! OH YEA- I forgot, I am 5 ft 7in.

This time last year I was 208 pounds...NEVER AGAIN will i see anything even close to that number!

    I am now 139 pounds
  • The most I ever weighed was 175. I had a lot of muscle mass due to past sport experience but at 5'4", it still was a little too much for me to feel comfortable in my own body. I'm 154 now, looking to get down to my college weight of 130. I have such a thick frame that I might have to be happy with 140!

    157.5lb's @ 42 yrs old..

From teens - 30ish yrs - 131 lbs - I ate what I wanted and never put on a lb.. 30ish to now, I'm constantly having to watch what I eat.. Hate it..

Know that I was a lot fitter with a heap more muscle then.. Working in an office & driving everywhere has killed all that!!

Won't go there again in a hurry.. Still have a fair bit to loose, but am concentrating on getting fitter and building muscle rather than what I eat.. Just no fast food and smaller portions is my current diet...
