It told me to recalculate my information since I have lost more than 10lbs. and it made my calories to eat go up. Does that mean I should eat more calories? And if I don't is it bad? What if I continue to keep eating the same amount of calories that I was? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I did the same. I have so much to lose that I am keeping it the same for a while.0
