Hello Everyone,

My name is Mandy and I'm from Kissimmee, FL. This is my second day on mfp and I'm very excited about it. I do have a question just starting, it's half the day and unfortunately I have 77 calories remaining. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can eat besides fruit that will equal 77 calories?

    If I was you, I'd go get some exercise in so I could get some more calories to eat.
