    I used to HATE HATE HATE the fact that my hips and bum were not going anywhere. I was getting SO self conscious about it until a guy at work (yes, slightly inappropiate for the work place, but his heart was in the right place, LOL) told me since I'd lost all this weight, I've got "the loveliest hour glass figure"! :blushing: So I went home and looked in the mirror and realized he was right! Who knew that was there under the "fluff"? And I think that's sexy! :wink:

    I love how my quads look in heels, nice and tight. Also how my upper body looks when I lift especially my delts and biceps. Not perfect by any means but this time last year I didn't even know they were there lol
