For those new to my games, here is the general idea.
You need a team of 6 people, one of which will be the team captain and will track his / her team.
The team captain will gather the cals that their team has burnt during workouts (does not matter how.... just burn them!!) and the captain will multiply their team tolal by 0.25.......... this will give you the number of miles your boat has moved !
this then gets PMed to me and I update your boats location on a google map........

I some times throw in the odd Double day etc so keep an eye out !!!

This game starts the 1st FEB
He sometimes has water days, and days that we can "borrow" a member from another team to add to that days total, we will be able to keep in touch here.
If you know you are going to have a "rest day" or a low burn day you can post it here so the others can have higher burns to help, or we don't all take a rest day the same day

For some reason I can't see anything when I use the link, just a blue screen in google maps.
Today will be Insanity cardio recovery and yoga, so a lower cal burn than yesterdays but probably 400 ish. Tomorrow, back on the insanity/run wagon.0 -

I'm gonna go with you on that, because we should have at least gone almost 300 miles from my burn yesterday alone (this is the only number I know. lol) so lets cross out fingers.0

Hello everyone, hope you gals have had a wonderful week I have had a very strange week... On friday when I was taking my daughter to school we passes a car that has flipped. At first I just thought it was prob left there from the night before... but just as I passed it I had this feeling to pull over... So thankful I did cause it just happened and she thankfully had her seatbelt on... she was hanging upside down in her seat. I think she flipped twice because her bumper was under the car and I had to rip it out in order to open her door. She was ok and all she said was that her elbow hurt.
I here are my workout numbers for the past few days
Thurs: 611, I know it is more then I sent you in the message, but I had to add 67 for my other team challenge.
Fri I had 597
Sat:919
and today I already finished and we are off to a super bowl party in a bit so I'm done for today 909

Hey guys. Today is going to be a rest day, I'm dead from the week and have been working 7 days a week for a few weeks. I just need a day to sleep. Tomorrow is double workout day and the rest of the week will be good, 400-900.0

Our boat is moving! We're halfway across the Atlantic - yay! The best thing about my Monday is that it's over, LOL. Had to spend most of the day onsite with a client, time I can't charge for, while other paying projects are piling up and I can't get to them...:grumble: frustrating, and I had to cut my workout short today, but I did get a run in and even added some speedwork, so overall it was a productive workout! Hope everyone else's week is off to a good start0

I love the smell of fresh cut grass, fresh cut weeds...not so much... I got to mow the lawn today, ok well part of it... one down point to living on a farm... so much to mow... I am not even 1/4 way thru. That and I need to start turning the garden this week. almost time to plant.

Ok we are going to mix a few things this week !
Tuesday this week will be a double DAY !!!!! all your team Cals will count double !!!!
Friday is going to be ATTACK DAY !!!
For those new to the games, Attack day is the captains can "attack" another team/ boat.
To do this the captains can PM the captain of another team and tell them they are being attacked.,.... that captain must then send back the miles that there highest burning team member has given that day. this is then added to that team total (basically counting for an extra person that day)
The team attacked can still count the miles for their full team..........

Wow, we're tied for 4th or 5th place! Great job everyone!
Dang, double day is the one day this week that I may not be able to get a workout in (Valentines day, have dinner plans). Will try to squeeze some kind of workout in at lunch, or maybe in the morning, depending on what the work situation looks like that day. Had a really indulgent weekend, so I'll be trying to get in 2 workouts every other day to offset it, so that should help some0
