Hi all,

I started "seriously" trying to eat healthy and workout in July 2011. I lost 20 lbs by the end of October 2011. I still need to lose about 30 lbs more , but I've been adding 5 lbs and losing them since October (Yo-yo) dieting. I thought about posting my accomplishment so far hoping that it would motivate me to continue my journey :)

    You look good! Keep it up. Maybe you yo-yo since it was during the holidays? BUT you did good 20 pounds is ALOT!

    Yes you can see the difference. You might need to do something to push through your current plateau.
