I started using the plan about four weeks ago and after the first two weeks I lost a total of 6 pounds. My third week I lost only two and now my fourth week I lost one. Why am I slowing down? I read the posts regarding calorie intake and not sure if I am doing it right. Which do I pay attention to: Net or Remaining? Is the goal at the end of the day to have 0 remaining? :indifferent:

You have lost a good amount for weight for doing this for 4 weeks. Alot of the weight in the begining is water weight, or just the shock of your body changing you caloric intake/calories burned due to higher weight. If you are losing, you are doing it right. Even if you dont lose on week, thats ok. I saw you only have 18 lbs to lose. The smaller you get the less you burn as well, so keep that in mind.
Keep up the good work0 -
