Hi all, I need help.
I'm pretty clued up on eating and exercise but need some help on a stubborn area! I had a c-section 6 months ago and I've managed to now loose just over 3 stone. Its come off everywhere nicely and im a size 10 but its not seeming to come off just above my c-section scar I'm a 12 round hips. Now i know it will take time to fix those muscles but any idea on how I can target that area for weight loss and toning up?
I don't eat carbs or sweets and eat really healthy. I do a lot of exercise too but need something more targeted. Please please please help!!
My wedding is in just over 4 months and I'm determined to have flattened that bit down.
Any tips and advice would be really great!

I had a c-section almost 10 months ago and that area is kind of hard to get and once you start working it, you can feel the incision area start to feel tight - not very comfortable at all! I've started doing some pilates that really works out that area and your entire core pretty well. I've only just started, so I don't know how effective it will be just yet, but its a suggestion!0
