Hi, I'm maizy ..............a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, friend, etc, etc, etc.................and overweight!!! find myself running all the time and not wanting to take time to stop to eat a well balanced meal. trying desparately to walk everyday as much as possible. seems all my beloved pasttimes are sedentary.......but know I need to get this weight off so i'll be here for my family
that i love so much and try to do so much for them.:smile:
