    Hi everyone. Very new to this site and I am hoping to get some good results out of it.

    I am a pretty active person. I've played basketball and volleyball for as long as I can remember and have a very muscular build lol. Went through a surgery that went really bad 2 years ago and I am just getting back into the swing of things now. Currently, I play volleyball competitively twice a week along with practices during the week and I try to hit up the gym as much as I can on top of that. I'd love to get to my goal weight... I think it would really help me improve my speed and endurance with regards to volleyball. Im glad to see so many more tall people! :)
