Calorie counts

Can someone please explain how this calorie deficiet works ? Am
I supposed to eat back the calories I burn from cardio ? Is the calorie count I'm given per day what I'm supposed to be eating if I don't excersise ? Insight pleasee :)

    Hey, I asked the same question....answer I pretty much got was yes you eat back what you burn as MFP has already calculated what you need to eat to loose weight so anything else could put your body into starvation mode. Anything under 90 I dont worry as much but everything over 100 I worry about.

    Do what works for you =) try both ways. But I recommend eating only half excersise calories back if you dont have a hrm . Just to be on the safe side.
