Those with a HRM!!

Have you done the 30 day shred with a HRM and if so what kind of calories do you burn? Im 168 lbs currently on Day 3 of Level 1 and am curious how close MFP calorie burn is to what kind of results you have had. My face is pouring sweat by the end so it has to be a good amount but I cant afford to get a HRM yet so ... how many calories do you burn on level 1 and how much do you weigh?

    I weigh 140 and burn between 215 and 245, depending on how hard I'm pushing myself. Some days I do 30 mins on the elliptical before, and I seem to burn less those days. Seems that my average is about 220ish though.

    I am 132 and usually burn 220-300 depending on just how hard I work at those jumping jacks lol
