Is being sore after cardio bad ?

I know it means in building muscle in my legs but should I be doing less work for longer time to burn more fat? It's just so hard to find more than 25 mins a day with my work sched.

    the most important thing for fat loss is calories in calories out...cardio is just an extra tool to help speed up the fast burning process (and it is also good for the heart). cardio is not mandatory for weight loss but i totally recommend it.
