So I needed a recipe with mango for an event tonight..came up with these..so, so good!
Orange mango cupcakes
24 cupcakes
Ingredients:
Plum Organics Baby - Just Mangos, 1 Pouch (yup baby food)
Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Orange Supreme - Cake , Dry Mix
Raw - Egg Whites, 1/2 c
Meijer - Diet Orange Soda, 1 Can (355 mL)
Duncan Hines - Whipped Fluffy White Frosting, 24 Tbsp (1 per cupcake)
These were incredible, mix all the first 4 ingredients together..bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
frost and enjoy
