    I made the animated gifs using a program called Morpheus http://www.morpheussoftware.net/morpheus/

    I've been taking pictures at intervals all along, but you actually only need two for this program to do that.

    Oh and sorry about the deer in the headlights look, I didn't think the auto timer on the camera was working and it kind of caught me by surprise!

    It's not as horrible as I thought it was going to be, but it is definitely a little loose in areas. I've noticed it tightening up in some areas (arms, chest) so that is giving me hope that it will continue to tighten as I keep losing and time progresses.

    I actually feed off of the embarrassment. It reminds me why I am doing this.

    I don't ever want to go back to that way, and it fuels me to keep going and improve even more!
