I have a question

About two weeks ago, I went shopping and I bought size 8 pants. They fit me perfect. Now they are very loose, about 1 1/2 to 2 inches too big. I have only lost a pound since I bought the pants.
The only thing that I am doing different is went from walking to a faster pace walking and more jogging. Did this really help that much?

The proof is in the pants.0

I had the same thing happen but in a longer amount of time. Feels good doesn't it! I guess you can be adding muscle which is heavier than fat, so the weight might not be too much down but the inches will. Congrats!0

Yep, I lost an entire size in a month even though I didn't lose a pound. Muscle is more compact than fat, so a pound of muscle takes up less ROOM than a pound of fat (they actually weigh the same).0
