Hi,
I'm from the UK. I'm new to the message boards but I have been using MFP on and off for the last 2 years. Flippin' brilliant app. for my ipod and has helped me to lose weight.
I recommended it to my sister last year and she has lost 43lbs through using it so it definately does work!
Hoping to lose a few more pounds myself for my holiday in May so that I can get my (shamefully white) bikini body out without having to worry about 'lumps and bumps' that were there a few years ago.
