I had the same question so this is what I have done. Click on "add excerise" then "exercise not listed" and type in Pilates. Click on "cardovascular" and then fill in the amount of minutes and calories burned. After checking several websites I found this info...
Advanced workout burns 480 calories
Intermediate workout burns 390 calories
Beginner workout burns 270 calories
These numbers are based on a 60 minute workout. Hope this helps you.0 -
I think this will help?

Don't you hate how few calories pilates seems to burn? It totally whoops my butt and I feel like it should be way more. I guess if you add some kind of cardio it'll help...
What pilates do you do? Is it a video? I'm looking for something new...0 -
The classes at our local YMCA are great, but when I can't get there I use a video by Leslie Sansone.0

Guys, our exercise database is a wiki, if it's not in there, add it. It's up to us to fill it in.0
