Is anyone else addicted to their smart phone (iPhone, crackberry, HTC, etc.)

Husband makes sarcastic comments like, "hard to believe you're losing weight on this site because you're always on-line"...

(He's actually been very supportive, just joking about the paradox.)

Wow, what did all of us do before internet?

As many people I see in public texting and talking on their cell phones, I wonder how we communicated before.
  • I always have my phone on me, I feel lost without it. Granted, I do not have a regular house phone and it's often the only way to get a hold of me. I also use it for school. I have a phone phobia, I have a panic attack if i have to call someone on the phone....so texting makes it easier for me.

I don't know what I did without a smart phone before. I tried texting on a regular keypad yesterday ,I had forgotten how long it took.

I do not use it at the gym, though. It's a distraction, and I almost fell off the elliptical once trying to text someone back. haha
  • I'm not addicted, I keep loosing the damn thing
