Hey MFPs!

I am a fan of Oxy Elite Pro and have been successful with it for the past few months. However, I would like to try something different to avoid my body getting use to Oxy. I am open to suggestions on other fat burners to compliment my well balanced diet and exercise regiments.
Do u have any suggestions on other over-the-counter products that delivers...increased metabolism, increased energy, suppressed appetite, and subcutaneious fat burning? :explode: :explode: :explode:

Oh and if you are against fat burners, thanks for reading the post, but please save your energy and avoid replying! :blushing:

Thanks!!!

Yes. I am convinced and so is my CP who bodybuilds! Again, I have experienced great results with it, but I am way past the recommended usage time, which is on for about 90 days and off for about 4 weeks! I have been on for about 8 months straight....but the GNC guy claimed I would be fine since I paired it with a multi vitamin! IDK....just gonna give it a rest and go back to it in a month.

Good luck, if u try it!
  • The Oxy Elite Pro made me feel like I was absolutely dying, so I only took it for a few days. I was dizzy, heart pumping, hot...it was horrible.

I've used phentermine successfully a few times, but that's not OTC unfortunately.

I use the Green Tea Mega T diet pills. They work, keep me energetic, and don't make me feel like I'm going to die. That's when I take something, haven't taken anything in a while.

    Ok, thanks for being informative!
  • I've been taking Lipo-6 Black (for women) and mostly notice a difference for appetite suppression (didn't take for 2 days due to bloodwork being done, and was RAVENOUS). Not noticing too much in terms of energy, and I take in combination with CLA, L-Carnitine, and a multi-vitamin, and diet and lots of exercise, so I think it's a combination of all of the above that are helping. Will keep taking that Lipo-6 to make me less hungry tho, it's a nice feeling to not want to eat all the time! :)

Almost bought the Oxy Elite but it was more $$ than Lipo-6, and I read some iffy reviews...plus the Lipo-6 is just one pill a day, bottle lasts a lot longer!

I've used (am using) Oxy ELite, but the thing with those is that you need to cycle off of them for a while since as you know...you get used to them. I typically just stop taking it for a while vs. pick up a new brand.

Maybe try a preworkout for those off periods to kick the energy up for the workouts? Thats what I do...just a suggestion.
