i'm struggling with motivation??

need friends, support and most of all motivation, i just cannot seem to diet even though i did quite well before xmas!!!

    Start with small goals - get a notepad and jot down things you want to change about yourself or things that you're happy about and want to continue with.

    Work on one or two short term goals and have some long term goals to shoot for.

    Google some motivational quotes you like and make little sticky notes to post in places where you'll see them - like the bathroom mirror or the fridge or pantry cupboard. Little reminders to "think smart" and not cave in to bad choices.

    I struggle with nighttime, boredom eating, so I am learning to knit - something to keep my hands & mind busy and not thinking of food.
