I make a 15 bean soup with turkey keilbasa, i don't know the exact nutrition contect. My family loves it and the kids ask for it. I use dried beans, soak them overnight. Chop up an onion, celery, and a can of diced tomatoes, along with the sliced keibasa, i use about 2 tbsp. chicken bouillon (high sodium). bring it to a boil with the beans and then on med-low for about 3 hours. you could always use a low sodium chicken broth. i love bean soup! this is for a LARGE pot of soup. follow the instructions for how much water on the bag of beans, i generally eyeball it. the keilbasa adds plenty of flavor.

Not super low cal or anything but I bet you could tweak the recipe, and it's really, really good:

I get the fat free refried beans and eat them with salad (esp with a little salsa in there) or as a quick snack when I am low on protein or extra hungry.

I haven't tried this myself, and it is a Food Network recipe, so you should tweak for your own health goals, but I have been eyeballing it:

I also make a very yummy white chicken chili from Food Network, with a few minor tweaks to make it more healthy:

Good luck! Beans are a great addition to your diet, and if you rinse them first (canned) or get the low sodium version, you can easily control salt intake.
