MFP people, did any of you change your activity level in mfp to match your exercise? I changed mine to be more active, because I am working out 5 to 6 days a week, with spin, running, walking strength etc, and using my polar burning the calories. I think the 1530 it had me set on was too low and I was starving a lot! And weight was barely budging!

I think that refers to your everyday lifestyle, like how rigorous your job is, stuff like that. Not how active you are including exercise.
  • I prefer setting MFP to "sedentary" (since I have a desk job), but I do log EVERY exercises Im doing. If I go for a walk, I will count it. If I do vigourous cleaning in the house, I will count it. If I do strength training, I will count it (using "hatha yoga" data, since it is the most relevant I think for me). Etc.
