After smoking for a very long time I quit 3 years ago and now cannot seem to keep my weight under control
I am looking for help and advice on how to do this the right way and not resort back to smoking again

    Get a smart phone and download the app. The data plan is expensive, but it's cheaper than smoking. Log things as you eat them, and use it to decide how much you will eat.
