baked spagetti squash till tender(60 cal a cup)
used 96/4 hamburger(800 cal)
one onion(60 cal
one can hunts spagetti sauce(300 cal

it was a large squash, but i can make 4 meals out of it.
not bad calories for 4 meals and it was gooodddd

    I made a great East Indian Soup last night had my husband raving about it.
    One jar of Madras Sauce
    16 Okra
    1 large onion
    1 large tomato
    simmer on low for about 40 minutes.
    serve in deep bowl with toast.
    very tasty warning very hot and spicy but that in itself seems to keep the hunger away
    If you cannot or do not like the Okra try cauliflower
    If the Madras sauce is just too hot try a Korma Sauce instead

    I cook spaghetti squash all the time. My daughter thinks it's pasta. Her mother and I are so sneaky.

    LOL last night I was looking for recipes for the spaghetti squash I have on my kitchen counter. I'm trying yours, Carol: I haven't had any beef for months!!! Yum. Thanks for the (perfectly timed) recipe.

    I LOVE spaghetti squash too!!! I just stab it a few times and microwave it for about 10 to 12 minutes, turning it a few times. I eat it plain with some cayenne pepper and salt to taste, but I've heard you can use it like pasta! It's the BEST!

    Just tried the spaghetti squash tonight and was suprised on how good it was!! Put sauce on it with some veggies..mmmmm.....yummy! My husband even liked it!

    I'm so excited to try out these recipes. I've never had spaghetti squash before. I looked it up...very low in calories!

    Does it LOOK like spaghetti with maranara sauce?

    Just wondering if I can trick my husband into trying it. :laugh:

    What is spaghetti squash i dont think i have ever seenit here in England! Does it taste the same? I love spaghetti bolognese though just boght some sauce for bolognese today!
