back of thigh and lower tummy exercises?

Any suggestions for these two areas? I wouldn't mind something that could combine toning these areas with cardio. Usually I do speed walking on the treadmill, but I've been doing it for years and haven't seen any improvement down there!

    If you are able to run (jog), it forces you to tighten your core and use all of your muscles. There is a program, couch to 5K that can help you start running if you haven't in the past. Here is the link...

    leg curls work the back of your leg

    leg raises work your lower stomach. Also tighten your abs while working out, sitting, walking, driving
