Aww! That's adorable. Good for her.0

One of my best friends was working out up until the day before her son was born. And not just strolling on a treadmill. She was taking the strength class I take. That is my goal with the second one, too. I won't be stupid about it and put my baby at risk or anything, but I will continue working out. And I'm short, so I get a belly like this girl, huge and straight out in front of me so I can't see my feet0

That momma looks awesome!0 -
I ran in the 4th of July 5k 3 days before going into labor. I had hoped it would put me into labor sooner, but no such luck0

She is going to bounce back really well from the pregnancy since she's stayed in shape this whole time! Really inspiring. I didn't do anything to try and stay in shape with my first 2 pregnancies (okay I wasn't in shape to begin with LOL) but one of my main goals in being on MFP has been to *lose the excess weight and *get in better shape before a third pregnancy, then I intend to stay active and conscious of my choices throughout the pregnancy so that I can hopefully have an easier recovery than I did the first 2 times.
There was a news story not too long ago of a woman that ran a marathon (well, walked half and ran half) and then after she finished she had her baby. Pregnant women can totally stay active and fit as long as their dr has no concerns about their level of activity. Totally awesome. :-)0 -
She's one squat away from having the baby right there! I love her arms.
One of my friends has photos of his sister playing tennis the day before her due date.
And they call women "the weaker sex."0 -
Wow, she is very impressive. i wish I was like that but when I am preggo I have barely enought energy to do my day.0

I love it when I see pregnant ladies in the gym giving it some welly. Much admiration for them.0

WOWWW, she and her baby are going to be very very healthy for a long time.
Oh, and studies link running/exercise during pregnancy with intelligence in the spawn!
Love it.0 -
Most docs just say you can maintain the level of exercise you were doing before getting pregnant. Maybe not the SAME exercises, but the same intensity. I don't see myself practicing one arm handstands and back handsprings when I'm 7 months pregnant, but you better believe I'll be running and strength training!0

inspiration! that baby's going to pop out with awesome biceps.0
