Omg... Found this on Pinterest, made it for dessert - it's amazing!!!!
1-2-3 Cake.
Ingredients:
1 box of any cake mix you like.
1 box of Angel Food Cake mix - (must use!)
Water.

Empty the two boxes of cake mix together in a LG zip lock bag or tupperwear - mix dry powder throuroughly.
Put 3 TBSP of mixed cake powder in a coffee mug, add 2 TBSP of water. Microwave for 1 minute and then ENJOY!
Store unused powder in airtight container for an easy 1-2-3 cake next time you have a sweet tooth. I used Lemon Cake and Angel Food cake -- SO GOOD.

HERE'S THE PROBLEM - I cannot figure out how to calculate the nutritional value (calories, fat, sugar, carbs) of 3Tbsp of the powder. I used Betty Crocker super moist lemon and Betty Crocker Angel Food - mixed evenly, so 1.5 TBSP of each cake powder... ANY HELP?????????
