Doing it for my kids

As a father of 2 I came to the realisation, that being an overweight father was not what I wanted to be. My father was obese when I was growing up and I dont recall him getting outside and playing with us kids. I don't want that for my kids. I want them to have happy memories of their childhood, filled with lots of fun activities.
So here I am, I've been here for a while, though not really active on forums. What I would like is a few more friends to support me on my journey to greater happiness

Me neither. My mother was overweight almost my whole life. My mother in law has been too. I see them unable to play with the grandkids, breaks my heart. I don't want to be like that. I also don't want to see my health prematurely deteriorate. So I am taking control of my life and giving my kids a better future. Please feel free to friend me.0
